In an era where new technologies are significantly impacting the finance and economics sectors, our College is driven by societal needs and committed to serving local economic development. We maintain a professional focus on "Rooted in Sichuan and Chongqing, Benchmarking International Standards, Integrating into the Industry, and Focusing on Application," with a development goal of "Building New Finance and Economics, Serving the New Era." To achieve this, we are creating a new educational ecosystem guided by "Benchmarking International Standards, Information Platformization, Vocational Capability Development, and Management Transformation." We emphasize "Professional Reshaping and Curriculum Reconstruction" and adopt a "Differentiated Cultivation + Collaborative Education" model to develop application-oriented finance and economics talents.
Since 2015, under the auspices of several provincial educational reform projects, including the pilot reform for the transformation and development of undergraduate institutions in Sichuan, our College has embarked on a new talent cultivation reform. This reform, inspired by the “Accounting+” and “New Technology+” concepts, aims to develop finance and economics professionals with a focus on career development, characterized by international vision, strategic thinking, integration of business and finance, and interdisciplinary expertise. We implement a "Differentiated Cultivation + Collaborative Education" approach, focusing on "Curriculum Reconstruction and Faculty Transformation," deepening industry-education integration, promoting platform development, pursuing international professional certification, and enhancing the quality of talent training. Our goal is to build a new ecosystem for cultivating finance and economics professionals that aligns with the demands of the new era.
